The Hire Mark is recruiting a warehouse operations manager for a 3PL company in Toms River , NJ.
This is a full-time position with work weeks of around 55 hours during the busy season and 45 hours during the offseason.
The WM will oversee 200,000 square feet of warehousing.
The WM will oversee 2 staff per shift. This includes 1 supervisor, leads and all full time & temp staff.
The company distributes a variety of goods to Amazon, Consumers and retailers.
They offload 40 containers a day.
5 years experience working as an Ops Manager in 3PL is hard requirement.
