About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project and Service Manager to take full ownership of the project management, and service operations of our window installation company in Hollywood, FL.
As the sole person running this department, you will be responsible for managing and improving our entire project pipeline—from lead intake from our sales teams negotiations, permit collaborations, to installation oversight and customer satisfaction follow up survey. You will be the main point of contact for all clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth execution of projects and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and Manage All Window Installation Projects
•Serve as the primary manager for all installation and delivery jobs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
•Plan, coordinate, and oversee the entire lifecycle of projects—from initial lead contact to final installation and follow-up.
•Handle any unexpected project challenges, including last-minute changes, delays, or customer concerns. *Collaborating with management when necessary
•Ensure all work is done according to industry standards and local building codes.
•Conduct on-site visits when necessary to assess progress and resolve potential issues.
2. Oversee Customer Relations
•Provide detailed estimates and project proposals, helping customers understand their options and make informed decisions.
•Address customer concerns, questions, and issues before, during, and after installation, ensuring a positive customer experience.
•Cultivate relationships with previous clients for referrals and repeat business.
3. Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination
•Maintain strong relationships and communication with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
•Schedule and coordinate installation teams, ensuring they have the materials, information, and guidance needed to complete jobs efficiently.
•Negotiate pricing and timelines with subcontractors and vendors to optimize costs and efficiency.
•Ensure that vendors and installers comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
4. Service & Warranty Management
•Handle service calls, open tickets and warranty claims, coordinating necessary repairs and adjustments.
•Maintain detailed records of past projects, warranties, and customer service interactions.
•Improve the service workflow to ensure fast response times and high customer retention.
5. Implement & Manage Project Management Systems
•Utilize project management and CRM software to track leads, manage projects, schedule installations, and maintain accurate records.
•Continuously optimize workflows to make the sales and project pipeline more efficient.
•Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department, ensuring that future hires can seamlessly integrate into the team.

Requirements
•Minimum 3 years of experience in the window industry, construction project management, or related field.
•Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently as the sole manager of the department.
•Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, JobNimbus, Houzz or similar CRM systems).
•Experience in sales, client relations, and negotiation within the construction or home improvement industry.
•Strong understanding of installation processes, materials, and building codes related to windows and doors.
•Ability to problem-solve quickly, think critically, and make sound decisions under pressure.
•Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
