Sales Manager – Window Installation Company

Location : Hollywood, Florida

Salary : $60,000 per year Performance Bonus

Work Setup : In-office with remote options available several days a week

About the Role

We are searching for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts in the window installation industry in Hollywood, Florida. This is a high-impact role , responsible for managing the existing sales pipeline, closing deals, and developing scalable sales strategies as our business grows.

Initially, you will single-handedly manage leads and sales , with a long-term goal of building and leading a high-performing sales team . This role requires strong sales expertise, excellent customer relationship skills, and a strategic mindset to grow revenue in a competitive market.

You will be expected to split your time between office work, field visits, and remote operations , ensuring maximum customer engagement and business development opportunities .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales Execution
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads , conducting consultations, providing accurate estimates, and closing sales.
  • Conduct in-home and commercial assessments , measuring accurately and advising clients on the best window market solutions available.
  • Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline , ensuring follow-ups and tracking prospects from inquiry to contract finalization.
  • Create and present tailored proposals , clearly outlining product benefits, pricing, and project timelines.
  • Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and stay competitive.
  • Expand our presence in the Hollywood, Miami, and Broward areas , targeting residential and commercial clients.
  • Team Building & Leadership
  • Train and mentor future sales team members as lead volume grows, helping establish sales goals and performance benchmarks.
  • Act as a key sales representative while also laying the foundation for a structured, scalable sales process.
  • Collaboration & Customer Experience
  • Work closely with the project management team , and management, ensuring seamless communication from sales to installation.

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction , providing post-sale follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and networking events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Qualifications & Requirements

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or sales within the window / door industry , with a proven track record of meeting sales targets .

    Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience , preferably in home improvement or construction.

    Strong knowledge of window products and installation processes , including impact windows and doors, vinyl, aluminum, and hurricane-rated solutions.

    Ability to accurately measure, assess, and confidently advise customers on window solutions .

    Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) to track leads and forecast sales.

    Strong negotiation and closing skills , with the ability to handle objections and build trust with clients.

    Familiarity with South Florida’s market , understanding regional needs such as hurricane-resistant and energy-efficient window solutions.

    Leadership potential , with some experience mentoring or guiding peers , preparing you to scale a sales team over time .

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , able to connect with diverse clients, from homeowners to commercial developers .

    Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for consultations and business development.
