Job Summary

We're looking for a highly experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our family office, you'll provide top-notch administrative support to our principals, ensuring the seamless operation of our office.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for coordinating complex schedules, managing projects, and maintaining confidentiality. With over 10 years of experience supporting high-level executives, you'll bring a proven track record of success and a keen eye for detail. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently will make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the daily schedules, meetings, and appointments of our principals with precision.* Prepare and edit high-quality correspondence, presentations, and documents.* Plan intricate travel itineraries for domestic and international trips.* Oversee the smooth running of the office, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.* Lead and manage special projects, events, and strategic initiatives.* Assist with financial and legal documents, working closely with accountants and lawyers.* Organize personal and professional events with flawless execution.* Streamline expense reporting and invoice processing.* Continuously seek ways to improve operational processes, emphasizing efficiency and automation.
