What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee daily accounting and financial operations to drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including narratives and key deliverables.
• Ensure full compliance with SOX controls, laws, and regulations while maintaining top-tier policies and procedures.
• Partner with the SEC team to provide critical documentation and support.
• Develop insights into business performance through in-depth financial analysis and reporting.
• Lead annual audits and build strong relationships with external audit firms.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team, blending hands-on leadership with strategic vision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with a foundation in public accounting (Big 4 preferred).
• CPA license highly preferred.
• Industry experience in consumer-packaged goods and/or manufacturing is required.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
