The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a National Real Estate Company to hire a Financial Analyst in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience developing monthly forecasting and annual budgeting reports.

Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly forecasting reports
- Assist with the annual budgeting process
- Tracks KPIs monthly
- Conduct market research and provide the team with status updates
- Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and analyses
- Disseminate forecast books and management pack reports
- Review processes and make recommendations for improvements when necessary
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field of study
- 2 years of experience in financial modeling and analysis within Real Estate (residential, commercial, retail, industrial, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Hyperion and Essbase
