What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst position at Vaco by Highspring?
You will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to support decision-making processes. You will work closely with various departments providing insights to enhance financial performance and improve budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to provide KPI's and appropriate metrics reporting, Dashboards, etc.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key insights and recommendations.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted performance, explaining deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Analyze financial statements and cash flow statements to help identify trends, variances, and performance indicators.
- Provide ad hoc analysis for special projects or scenario analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of Finance experience
- Strong proficiency Excel and data manipulation and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial analysis software
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and maintain an important level of accuracy

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
