Salary: $42-$44,000 plus up to 8% quarterly bonus

Extended Stay Hotel is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team!
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience and Prefer Extended Stay
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Responsibilities:
- Professionally sells the products and services of the extended stay hotel, including guest rooms, amenities, and on-site services. Special emphasis is placed on driving occupancy during low and shoulder seasons by targeting long-term stays, corporate clients, and guests seeking flexible lodging solutions.
- Off-site prospecting.
- Working with on site GM to learn about guests and how to grow revenue.
