Part-Time | Miami, FL (Primarily Off-Site)

The Hive, a nonprofit empowering Miami teens through creative programming, is seeking a Program Coordinator/Supervisor to oversee our workshops and support our pop-up events. This part-time position is perfect for someone with a passion for working with youth and strong organizational skills.

• Workshop Oversight: Supervise workshops at off-site locations, ensuring smooth and effective programming.
• Facilitator Coordination: Schedule and communicate with workshop facilitators, recruit local creatives, and manage facilitator relationships.
• Pop-Up Event Support: Attend and assist with pop-ups, staff coordination, and event programming.
• Programming Development: Collaborate to create engaging, mission-aligned workshop and pop-up content.
• Reporting & Data Management: Collect and manage data on attendance and program outcomes; create reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience: Proven experience working with youth in an educational or creative capacity.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Background Check: A recent level II background check is required prior to employment.
• Availability: Flexible schedule with after-school and weekend availability as needed. This is a hybrid position with remote work and in-person, scheduled, hours at various locations.
