Our client in Boston, MA, is currently searching for a fulltime Benefits Analyst to to join their HR team. This role will support Benefits and Leave of Absence administration and requires previous HR experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Compensation: starting at $75k

Responsibilities:
- Administer leave of absence and disability programs (FMLA, short-term, long-term disability), ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Guide employees and managers on leave policies, eligibility, required documentation, and available benefits.
- Track and maintain precise records of employee leave requests and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with HR Business Advisors, Payroll, and Risk Management teams to streamline leave processes.
- Manage benefits programs such as commuter benefits, FSAs, and HSAs.
- Oversee the accuracy of benefits data across HRIS, third-party platforms, and benefits providers, addressing any issues as they arise.
- Assist with reporting and benefits audits.
- Play an active role in open enrollment planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an HR role, leave administration experience required.
- Bachelor degree required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
