Call Center Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every client.

A hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite is available, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers and third parties.
- Transfer calls and connect callers to the correct department or person.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Strong computer skills and technical proficiency.
