Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team and help drive key people processes while supporting both managers and employees.
Workplace: Remote
Compensation: $120-155K
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of People programs, and driving talent development initiatives
- Lead the bi-annual performance review process, providing feedback and coaching to managers and employees
- Foster a high-performance culture by supporting individual and team success
- Utilize HR data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and recommend strategies that align with business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, performance issues, and conflicts while maintaining a positive workplace culture
- Manage and enhance HR processes, policies, and systems to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with employment laws
- Work closely with leadership and employees to help cultivate a high-performance culture and optimize HR processes across the organization
Qualifications
- 5 years in HR, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or startup environments is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Familiarity with HRIS, performance management systems, and data analysis tools
- Comfortable with change, managing multiple priorities, and thriving in a dynamic environment

Salary : $120,000 - $155,000
