Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Boston, MA with similar specifications to those below :
Responsibilities :
- Support day-to-day operations within the recruitment and onboarding cycle
- Provide administrative assistance to the larger recruitment team
- Compile and update employee records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Coordinate Human Resources projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
- Assist recruiters with sourcing and maintaining database accuracy
