Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter)- Remote
Calling all remote recruiters on the East Coast! We’ve partnered with an insurance firm in the Boston, MA area looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Partner to help with recruitment for 30 reqs. on a temporary basis.
This is a 2 month temporary position.
Compensation: $40-60/hr.
Days/Hours: This position is fully remote and can be done anywhere as long as it’s on the East Coast. Hours are: 8:30-5:30pm-40/hrs./wk.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit nationally for a variety of roles at multiple levels, including P&C Account Managers, Marketing, Accounting, Underwriting, Claims, IT, In-house Sales, CSRs, and more.
- Manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline, consistently handling up to 30 full-time roles across the country.
- Leverage strong passive sourcing techniques, particularly on LinkedIn, in a fast-paced, consultative recruiting environment.
- Exhibit a polished, commercial interviewing presence to attract top talent.
- Demonstrate a strategic understanding of the insurance industry and its talent needs.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3-years of recruitment experience, ideally in the IT, insurance, inside sales or marketing spaces.
- Must Workday applicant tracking system experience.
- Should know Microsoft Teams.
- Good communication skills, presentation skills, polished and being a good brand ambassador to the company.
