Location: The Home Ranch, Clark, Colorado (15 miles North of Steamboat Springs)

The Home Ranch, a distinguished hospitality ranch nestled in the serene landscapes of Clark, Colorado, is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team. Position: Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing bed linens and towels.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment in rooms and shared spaces
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties (e.g., in guest rooms and shared spaces).
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
• Restock room supplies such as soaps, shampoos, drinking glasses, and writing supplies.
• Empty wastebaskets, clean trash containers, and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Clean and polish mirrors, windows, and metal fixtures in rooms and hallways.
• Check that all appliances in a room are in working order and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations when handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, including addressing guests' requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
• Monitor and report necessary inventory levels of cleaning supplies to management.
• laundry or ironing as required.
• Maintain a clean and orderly storage area for cleaning supplies and linens.
• Participate in deep cleaning projects or seasonal cleaning activities as required.
• Report to maintenance any faults with rooms, cabins and shared spaces.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $18-21/hour DOE to start.
• Onsite Housing Available: Live where you work for just $500/month. Our comfortable and convenient staff accommodations are the perfect way to save money and enjoy life at the ranch.
• This position will start about the middle of May and has potential for year round long term work. In 2025 we will be hiring a head housekeeper, management position, so there is potential for promotion within the company. Year round positions receive health, vision,401k, PTO benefits.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to communicate with an English speaking manager.
• Willingness to uphold the ranch’s standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
