The Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to install basement waterproofing, crawl space solutions, and foundation repair systems with the highest standards of quality and safety. This position offers a clear path to becoming a Foreman, leading your own team and expanding your leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with your crew to install our Total Basement Finishing System.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment for each job.
• Ensure trucks are cleaned and restocked upon return to the company.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment, following all safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain an NYS Medical card.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment (preferred but not required).
• Ability to follow directions and collaborate with your team.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 65 lbs and operate an 80 lb jackhammer.
• Strong potential for leadership and a desire to grow within the company.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to learn and accept guidance for personal and professional development.
• Adaptability, integrity, and accountability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
