Production Warehouse + Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who is committed to overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy/rotation, and managing shipments while upholding safety standards within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Able to work in both climate-controlled environments and cooler/freezer environments for long periods of time.
• The ability to physically work and safely lift 50 lbs.
• Excel in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail is a priority
• Excel in customer and employee relations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Implement and maintain proper warehouse procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor and enforce company policies.
• Collaborate with wholesale and production teams to streamline processes and meet operational goals.
• Schedule and plan deliveries while working alongside others who may also be assisting in deliveries.
• -Must have a valid Indiana Driver's License and maintain a safe drivers record.

Experience:
- Proven experience in a warehouse role, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in shipping/receiving processes, warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution management.
- Knowledge of material handling techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with inventory processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and management effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
