Responsibilities
The following responsibilities represent the general duties associated with this position. Actual duties may vary
depending on the specific requirements of the role.
- Review and obtain daily routing information, including stops and customer billing details.
- Plan and organize the delivery route to ensure efficient operations.
- Safely transport products to customer locations and unload them from the vehicle.
- Merchandise products as needed, following customer specifications.
- Collect payments from customers when applicable, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Performs additional job-related tasks as required.
- Minimum of 6 months of commercial truck driving experience, including the operation of standard
- transmission.
- Experience in using a pallet jack, store dolly, and store jacks.
- Relevant training or certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including computers, handheld devices, phones, fax machines,
- copiers, and calculators (Preferred).
- Strong experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings, while
- ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and address
- their needs effectively.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Relevant training or certifications
- Pre-employment drug and background screening
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- DOT Medical Card (Must obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Must meet the company's driver qualification standards as outlined in the MVR guidelines.
