Job Description
As a dynamic association sales professional, you will be responsible for pursuing, building, and fortifying relationships in the association community. You will be an aggressive prospector with market-leading closing skills and the ability to lead by example in a strong and outgoing team environment. Your responsibilities will include live engagement in the sales process from prospecting to closing, negotiating guest room rates and/or hotel services, producing and reviewing all sales contracts, and working closely with other hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need professional appearance, knowledge of hotel and food & beverage operations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organized and detail-oriented approach, and exceptional time management skills. Sound leadership and managerial skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and guest satisfaction.
