Job description
We need to add an Administrative Assistant to our team! We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our leadership team who has previous experience managing a multi-department office, who is super organized and can juggle a lot of moving parts all at one time.
Responsibilities Include:
- Administrative functions for the General Manager
- Provide support for other department leaders
- Assist with payroll and human resources management
- Assist with accounting functions of the hotel
- Manage reporting functions
- Organize all administrative functions for the hotel and restaurants

Qualifications and Skills:
Who you are - friendly, well-poised, accommodating, flexible, detail focused, super organized, methodical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. What you bring - your great personality, upscale customer service experience, and strong software and administrative skills.
- Must be well versed in all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must have strong command of the English language, exceptional written and oral skills.
- Must be customer focus centered.
- If you have Hilton experience, sales experience, and/or hotel experience – even better.
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- All associates must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S., pass background screening and references checks.
- We are willing to train the right person. Pay matching experience level.
