100% Travel. We pay lodging and meals.

First Rotation - North Dakota

National Travel We Pay Lodging and Travel.

4 to 12 weeks national travel at a time

Front Desk Agent Responsibilities

Front Desk Agent Checks Customers in Using Lightspeed PMS

Provides great Services

Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.

Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or PMS system.

Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.

Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.

Must have experience with Lightspeed PMS.

Four Points or Aloft Experience Helpful
