Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and guest services, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest services
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Train and supervise front desk staff to maintain high standards of service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Utilize phone systems effectively to handle incoming calls and messages
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills:
- Proficiency in bilingual or multilingual communication is a plus
- Experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel management practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
