This is a responsible executive management position with work in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the activities of the therapy department, Homework Club, TEAMS, CARES, ALPHA, Parenting and LHND. This work is performed under the direction of the COO. Supervision is exercised over Clinical Supervisor, LHND Principal, Parent Educator, CARES and ALPHA Associate Directors.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and a minimum of five (5) years related experience.
· Reliable transportation, Valid Driver’s License, Current Auto Insurance and an acceptable driving record per carrier guidelines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide supervision to Clinical Supervisor, Parenting, Homework Club, Teams, LHND, CARES and ALPHA
· Ensures group supervision and departmental trainings for Therapy, Parenting, Homework Club, TEAMS, LHND, CARES and ALPHA
· Assist in maintaining agency’s accreditation
· Represent the agency at community events and meetings
· Represent programs on the Executive Management Team
· Monitor the quality and maintenance of client services and files
· Develop and monitor departmental budgets
BENEFITS:
120 hours of paid time off in your first year of employment, increasing to 200 hours for years 2 – 5, 225 hours for years 6 – 10 and 240 hours after 11 plus years. 10 paid holidays per year. Agency pays 85% of health insurance costs, provides a life insurance policy and up to 3% match in a Simple IRA.
