Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for from their first interaction.
- Telephone Management: Answer multiple telephone lines efficiently, directing calls, providing information, and addressing patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments using our advanced scheduling software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking.
- Patient Check-In/Out: Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying insurance information, collecting necessary paperwork, and ensuring a smooth flow of patients through the office.
- Medical Records Management: Facilitate the sending and receiving of medical records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, updating patient records and maintaining the integrity of our medical databases.
- Office Supply Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to keep the office running smoothly.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming, reflecting the high standards of our practice.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred but not required. We value your willingness to learn and grow with our team.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using phone systems, computerized scheduling software, and other office equipment. Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy are essential.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. You can juggle multiple tasks without compromising on quality.

The Training period for this position is in Tifton, GA for a minimum of two weeks. Housing accommodations are provided by the company.
