ABOUT THE ROLE
The Accountant, Corporate Accounting is responsible for compliance with General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) when preparing, reviewing, and analyzing corporate related transactions.
What You Will Do
Perform month-end close process, including preparation of account reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
Review and approve accounts payable invoices and purchase orders.
Accounting for corporate cash transactions, preparation of related bank reconciliations, and coordination with the Treasury team and other accounting teams to resolve issues.
Accounting for payroll transactions while working closely with Human Resources team for routine and non-routine transactions.
Recording of payroll and overhead allocation from corporate general and administrative costs to operational segments including working with IT team and Human Resources team to ensure inputs and allocation rules are appropriate.
Special projects and other duties as needed.

Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
CPA a plus.
1-3 years of accounting experience required.
Solid understanding of accounting processes.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting ERP systems.
Must be deadline focused, organized and exhibit problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Interact effectively as part of a team.
Handle a dynamic work environment with competing priorities.
Build positive working relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.
Exercise sound judgment when making decisions.

HHH follows a hybrid work schedule and physical presence is required onsite.
