Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Outreach : Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Lead Generation : Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads for staffing services.
- Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their hiring needs.
- Sales Process Management : Track leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and staffing needs within target markets.
- Collaboration : Work closely with recruiters and leadership to align sales efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
