About the Role
- Lead the marketing department, developing and executing performance-based campaigns across digital channels, traditional media, and healthcare professional marketing.
- Work closely with our marketing team, outside agencies, and corporate leadership to ensure that our marketing programs are efficient, impactful, and aligned with our business goals.
- Report to the Head of Growth and contribute directly to our mission by ensuring more patients can access life-changing hormonal treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
- Analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and refine campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Craft compelling, data-driven ad creatives and messaging tailored to women's and men's healthcare audiences.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Provide detailed performance reports on ROAS, CAC, and LTV, along with actionable insights.
- Help establish and track KPIs to determine if we are on track to achieve goals.
- Able to merge multiple data sources to tell the marketing story.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and propose scalable marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
