The HT Group is partnering with an industry leading EPC company in Taylor TX to find a Bilingual ( Korean ) Construction Administrator!
This person will be responsible for scheduling, progress monitoring, and project control.
Location : Taylor TX (On-site)
Compensation : $75-100k

Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, RFIs, and reports.
- Develop, update, and manage project schedules (Baseline, Updated, Revised, As-Built).
- Track progress, update schedule data, and analyze project performance.
- Review and submit weekly / monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment for construction projects.
- Bilingual English and Korean required (write / read / speak).
- Bachelor's degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of office administrative experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with EPC projects preferred.
