What You’ll Do :

Assist buyers in identifying and purchasing their dream homes.

Compensation :

85,000 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction

Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers

Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home

Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale

Give potential home buyers the necessary information about their local housing market

Follow the team plan

Set buyer appointments

Lead follow up

Come to training and support classes to help excel in your career.

Qualifications :

Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends

Real estate license is required or the motivation to get one
