Compensation :

85,000 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Serve as the main point of contact between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions in Mount Juliet, TN, US

Coordinate property showings, conduct home tours, and engage in open houses to assist potential buyers

Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and identify their preferences and requirements for a new home

Prepare various documents including contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and leases to facilitate property sales

Provide essential information about the local housing market to prospective homebuyers in Mount Juliet, TN, US

Adhere to the team's strategic plan for efficient operations

Schedule appointments for buyers and ensure timely follow-up

Attend training and support sessions to enhance skills and excel in the real estate field

Qualifications :

Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for car travel in Mount Juliet, TN, US

Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with the local real estate market in Mount Juliet and awareness of current real estate trends is preferred

Required to have a real estate license or demonstrate the drive to obtain one
