Compensation :

85,000 - $167,600 yearly

Responsibilities :

Engage consistently with potential leads in Mount Juliet, TN to enhance sales performance

Provide consultation services to both buyers and sellers in Mount Juliet, TN, understanding their unique home preferences and guiding them through the transaction process until successful closure

Stress the importance of continuous consultation by delivering top-notch service and expert advice to build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business

Demonstrate deep knowledge of the local Mount Juliet community to address inquiries about available properties and neighborhood specifics

Create detailed purchase offers tailored for buyers in Mount Juliet, TN to facilitate a streamlined closing process

Qualifications :

Ability to excel in an independent work environment while maintaining strong interpersonal skills

Necessary sales, negotiation, and communication skills are essential

Must exhibit a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor at all times
