Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX, has a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our organization as a Service Agreement Sales Representative. The position works directly with our Hunton Services and Hunton Trane sales teams by primarily focusing on proposing and selling Service Agreements to newly identified opportunities sold through Hunton Trane. The selected candidate will also work with both HS & HT sales management to ensure proper account coordination and communication is transparent to all internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be customer service oriented with a minimum of 2 years of HVAC service agreement sales experience to end users. The selected candidate must also have working knowledge of both new construction and service sales processes.

Responsibilities:
- Identify new accounts sold through Hunton Trane lines of business.
- Assets (equipment) sold through HT sales efforts in new construction.
- Chillers
- Cooling Towers
- Boilers
- Air Handler Units
- Other HVAC systems and equipment
- Assets (equipment) sold through HT sales efforts in new construction.
- Collaborate with both Hunton Trane and Hunton Services sales team members.
- Identify new account opportunities sold through the Plan and Specification (Hunton Trane) business.
- Link new opportunities between Hunton Trane and Hunton Services.
- Propose and sell new Service Agreements on identified accounts and assets contained within the facilities.
- Work with our existing installed base
- Identify, contact and mine these new customer sites in which Trane equipment is installed.
- Identify new opportunities in which we have Trane assets and develop relationships with customers.
- Work with both Hunton Services and Hunton Trane sales management to ensure proper account coordination and communication is transparent to all internal stakeholders.
Education and/or Experience Required:
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience selling to end users.
- Must possess a valid Texas driver's license with a safe driving record (no violations within the past 3 years).
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, service agreements, and working knowledge of both new construction and service sales processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work within a team environment, collaborative in their approach and organized.
