Responsibilities:
- Directly sell Hunton Trane HVAC Services to building owners in both the commercial and light commercial markets
- Utilize marketing and direct prospecting skills to generate leads for new business development and new customers
- Grow the existing maintenance agreement base by adding new service agreements and maintenance contracts to prospective customers
- Attend Sales meetings and review monthly sales activity and progress with management
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Texas driver's license with a safe driving record (no violations within the past 3 years).
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, service agreements, and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to create and facilitate presentations to an audience
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Marketing or Business Management
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
