About the Role:
We seek an Account Coordinator to join our Account Services team. This role will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand strategic objectives and contribute to successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Note-taking during meetings, debrief sessions, medical, and legal reviews
- Attend weekly status meetings and distribute meeting documentation
- Schedule internal and external program team meetings
- Support live program execution, including research, material creation, logistics coordination, and communication
- Collect survey data and complete required data entry
- Travel for logistical support of meetings (hybrid position)
This is a growth opportunity to develop pharmaceutical industry knowledge and medical education expertise. You'll observe faculty and client interactions, research market dynamics, and study brand knowledge.
Requirements:
You'll succeed if you're highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, internet skills, and a willingness to learn medical terminology and pharmaceutical products are essential.
