The Coordinator, Financial Operations will efficiently manage various financial and operational aspects of the HWP Speaker Bureau and its clients. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and compliance of speaker program financials, processing expenses, and facilitating the financial closeout of speaker bureau programs.

Responsibilities
- Review all elements of completed speaker programs to ensure accuracy according to client-specific business rules and compliance guidelines for financial closeout
- Analyze receipts and meeting documentation to verify that speaker expense reimbursements meet compliance standards and are processed promptly
- Comprehend and enforce HWP and client guidelines and business rules related to Speaker Bureau financial operations
- Maintain professional and dignified communication with colleagues, speakers, and clients addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
Requirements
- 1-3 years of similar work experience
- College degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or business administration is a plus
- Agency experience, particularly in Speaker Bureau, is preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge or demonstrated competency in working with numbers needed
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software, such as NetSuite
- Proficiency in navigating databases
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
