What You’ll DoTeam Leadership & Operations
- Lead and manage a small team, overseeing daily coworking space operations.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring coverage for front-desk operations, member services, and events.
- Provide training and mentorship to your team to ensure a high level of service and professionalism.
- Conduct regular team check-ins to align on goals, performance, and operational improvements.
Community Engagement & Member Experience
- Serve as the main point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and fostering relationships.
- Oversee new member onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Plan and execute networking events and community initiatives to encourage engagement and collaboration.
Business Development & Growth
- Conduct workspace tours and engage with potential members to drive occupancy growth.
- Represent The Bakery at local networking events to build partnerships and community awareness.
- Ensure new members align with the coworking space’s culture, values, and mission.
Facilities & Space Management
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and fully functional workspace.
- Maintain essential resources, including WiFi, office supplies, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
- Address maintenance needs and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
Event Planning & Marketing
- Develop and oversee a quarterly event calendar featuring networking, educational, and social events.
- Promote The Bakery’s events and membership offerings through social media and email marketing.
- Manage external event rentals and ensure a smooth experience for outside groups utilizing the space.
