JOB SUMMARY
- Delivers the performance specified in the customer contract/KPI’s while managing the site with a big picture view.
- Assures Site Operations are within the contract’s scope and in compliance with established procedures.
- Special Projects as required internally and by the customer.
- Prevents future problems and identifies opportunities for customers to better utilize their assets by performing trend analysis.
- Facilitate meetings with Site Team and Customer as required
- Elevating Site issues to RM as required
- Developing Processes for Undocumented Job Functions or Editing processes as Job Functions change.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Performs duties using independent discretion and judgment.
- Functions as MRP Planner role in SAP.
- Works directly with customer concerning operational issues and ensuring customer relations are maintained and objectives are established and accomplished.
- Manage Ideal Setech personnel (delegating assignments, establish training needs, performance evaluation, employee relations, etc.)
- Comply with Federal, State and Local regulatory laws.
- Assess site performance in relation to established goals, Statement of Work, and the Statement of Requirements.
- Timely submission of required reports, invoices and monthly cost savings reports.
- Audits – participate in annual audits as required by Financial Dept.
- Annual Physical Inventory – prepare for and participate in taking physical inventory of crib material
- Business Plan Deployment (BPD), “Go Fast” Workshops, Cost Council Conference Calls – participate as requested
- Other tasks/duties as required.

- Must have effective leadership and managerial skills.

- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Experience managing a team of at least 7 people.
- Experience working with Union employees preferred but not required.
- Must possess demonstrated written/verbal interpersonal skills.
- Must have good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows XP.
