- Perform Nurse Case Management (NCM) file audits.
- Review and respond to Zurich RAS requests.
- Review invoices and reports for upload into RAS.
- Update financial trackers and process diary date updates.
- Review outstanding report lists and billings in accordance with account guidelines.
- Resolve any issues with report submissions to the insurance carrier.
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent with a background in Administration and Healthcare.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in healthcare, especially in Workers’ Compensation, No-Fault, Claims, or Disability Insurance. A background in medical terminology or completion of a two-year college/business school program related to the medical or legal field is preferred.
