What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mailroom Clerk position at The IMA Group?
- Oversee daily mailroom operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Retrieve and process letters from our digital system.
- Sort incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and distribute packages promptly.
- Ensure timely delivery of mail and transport bulk mail to the post office daily.
- Maintain and troubleshoot mailroom equipment, placing service requests as needed.
- Monitor and restock supplies to ensure efficiency.
- Provide daily updates to the Director of Provider Relations regarding workload, IT/equipment issues, and their resolution.
- Support the team with data entry and other clerical or administrative tasks as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of mailroom experience.
