Job Summary:
The IMA Group is seeking a Medical Operations Supervisor to be a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, as well as overseeing and guiding a team.
We’re seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to train staff and support multiple locations, with occasional overnight travel. This on-site role requires experience with EKGs, blood draws, and EMR (PFTs a plus). Must be available 7:00 AM–6:30 PM and open to weekend work as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care and assist in medical procedures.
- Supervise and mentor a team, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
- Oversee and manage daily clinical operations.
- Perform medical assistant duties, including taking patient medical histories, preparing exam rooms, and assisting healthcare providers.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies, ensuring availability and readiness of equipment for clinical use.
- Travel to other clinics assigned.
Qualifications:
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, showcasing the ability to guide and support a team.
- Proficiency in medical software, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
