Day-to-day work includes creative ideation and product expertise, creating sales presentations, and responding to requests, quotes, and client needs following our TIG sales process and tools.
Responsibilities include:
1) Marketing & Sales
● Understand and present The Image Group’s capabilities.
● Schedule, lead and manage new business presentations to add value and grow relationships.
●Develop and manage long-term client strategies.
● Ensure the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to achieve earnings, growth, and profit goals.
2) Planning, Analyzing, Evaluating
● Develop growth plans and revenue forecasts for all clients.
● Monitor sales volume and reforecast when necessary.
● Regularly evaluate overall product strategy and client support, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
● Research and analyze background information regarding clients, opportunities, industry trends, and other initiatives.
3) Team Leading & Coordinating
● Define project scopes, write proposals, create project specifications and schedules.
● Lead and manage complex projects across departments.
Educating clients and managing their needs and expectations.
● Understand and present thoughtfully clients’ industry trends and recent news.
● Assist in merchandising and data setup for e-commerce implementations.
● Escalate issues related to suppliers to Management, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Account Executive experience in the Promotional Product Industry
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and be accustomed to a client facing role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Must have a strong desire to be a part of a growing company with career growth opportunities.
