Job Summary:
The Edibles & Food Production Lead is responsible for the consistent, sanitary, and safe production of infused edible products utilizing company policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products produced in compliance with State of Ohio medical marijuana laws and legislation and GMP guidelines.
Essential Functions:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The Edibles & Food Production Lead is responsible for the consistent, sanitary, and safe production of infused edible products utilizing company policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products produced in compliance with State of Ohio medical marijuana laws and legislation and GMP guidelines.
Essential Functions:
- Audit SOPs and GMPs, batch records, logs, and other associated documents regularly.
- Examine product samples during production to evaluate quality, color, and texture.
- Works with the product development team to develop new products, recipes, and processes to achieve a successful product launch.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
