Facilities Summer Associate
Direct Supervisor : Plant Manager
Type : Part -Time Temporary Emploee
Facility Summer Associate will work with a small crew engaged in performing building interior / exterior maintenance work, and performs other work as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Performs annual routine cleaning work such as : vacuuming, shampooing,and spot cleaning carpets;removing trash; disinfecting and classrooms and offices.
Repairs, maintains, installs, sets up and takes down furniture and equipment for summer camp events.
The ability for heavy lifting for the relocation of offices or classrooms during the summer planning period.
All overall general maintenance and cleaning will be required.
If necessary outdoor weeding and trimming may be assigned.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ability to :
Safely and proficiently operate a variety of maintenance and equipment tools.
Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
Ability to perform light to moderate lifting and moving of furniture.
Understands and follows oral and written instructions
Demonstrates the ability to work with others in a cooperative / team oriented manner.
Work Hours :
Monday through Friday 7 : 00AM to 3 : 00PM Mid June through August 2025
