Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill a full-time position with The Inline Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects that align with our mission to promote healthcare, social services, economic development, education, and cultural enrichment in the South Kenai Peninsula.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programs that support the health and well-being of our community
• Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to advance economic development and education initiatives
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve program effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. public health, business administration, social work)
• Proven experience in project management, program development, and community engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A competitive salary of $140,000 annually
