The Assistant Director of Nursing works closely with the Director of Nursing.

Primary duties include supervising and coordinating nursing assistants, scheduling, and working with DON, med aides, and aides to provide and oversite care of residents, as well as being an integral part of a great team. Must be able to manage a flexible schedule.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Point Click Care and preferably have experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing.
The regulations for Assisted Living differ from Nursing homes allowing us to focus on the Residents. The amount of freedom from paperwork allows you to focus your out of the office with people.
