About the Position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleanliness and Sanitation Specialist to join our team at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchens and dining areas, as well as supporting kitchen staff with food storage and rotation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver
- Assisting kitchen staff with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils
- Cleaning and resetting dining areas
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Taking out trash and rinsing garbage cans
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
