What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Bartender position at The Inn on Broadway?
We are looking for a banquet/special events bartender with experience. Responsibilities include setting up and breakdown of the event bar. Being able to serve drinks quickly and not get overwhelmed with a high volume of orders. Having a professional appearance, polite and friendly attitude, and outgoing personality is a must as the guests are here for a celebration
Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality customer service that will help us maintain and attract customers
Qualifications
- Proven bartending experience in banquet settings
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in fine dining and catering services
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
