Summary
The newly created Client Success Advisor role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key corporate stakeholders, with a focus on selling group memberships, certifications, training programs, and conference registrations. This role will also help to strategically drive opportunities for Quality Assessment programs and monitor needs and requirements for licensing of the IIA’s Intellectual Property.
This role is crucial in driving organizational growth by creating strong rapport with clients, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring clients are leveraging the organization’s products and services for their success. The Client Success Advisor will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience, while actively promoting and upselling offerings to meet or exceed sales targets.
This role is responsible for engaging in regular strategic assessments with clients about their ongoing professional needs to design solutions and packages that best meet those needs strategically.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Expand membership base by targeting and securing group memberships with corporations and organizations, leveraging a consultative sales approach to address client-specific needs.
- Tailor and promote group training programs and certifications to address individual client training objectives, positioning the organization's products as the go-to solution.
- Introduce and market Quality Assessments as a tool for enhancing internal audit effectiveness, focusing on how these assessments support organizational governance and operational improvements.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with key corporate decision-makers, ensuring high levels of membership retention, cross-selling, and deepening client relationships.
- Generate sponsorship leads by identifying potential sponsors within existing and new networks, facilitating sponsorship sales for events, programs, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Conferences teams to identify growth opportunities and craft custom strategies for scaling revenue across multiple product lines.
- Ensure all client interactions and sales activities are accurately tracked in the CRM, maintaining up-to-date records of sales progress, renewals, and long-term relationships.
- Serve as client advocates to represent them during GESP strategy, business and operational planning discussions.
- Partner with the Operations and Client Success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client satisfaction throughout their engagement journey.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging standards, sharing relevant insights with clients and positioning the organization as a thought leader and indispensable resource.
