SUMMARY
Job Description :
As a digital graphic designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity across various digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, product, digital, design, video, and web teams to create compelling digital visual content that enhances user engagement and supports our business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Development :
Design and produce interactive online content, including landing pages, email templates, social media, promotional artwork, advertising, and informative ebooks.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute digital design strategies that align with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the senior creative manager, video team, PR team, developers, and content creators, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
Utilize various design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant platforms.

Education and / or Experience
A bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, five or more years related experience and / or training in graphic design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Multiple language skills are an asset to any role within The IIA.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Intermediate or higher ability to work in a computerized environment with a working knowledge of most Microsoft Office products. Experience with the Macintosh OS X operating system and high-level knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign. Web design experience and knowledge of HTML and CSS are preferred.
