facility! We're looking to hire a title manager / office administrator to join our team! The
Internet Car Lot is a local car dealership that helps local customers sell
their vehicles online as well as selling our own inventory. The job
consists of processing vehicle titles, working with customers & the DMV, filing, and other miscellaneous clerical work
Responsibilities include:
* Processing all vehicle titles
* Working with lenders on loan payoffs
* Working with customers to help get the vehicle titled in their name in a timely manner.
* Working with the DMV to process titles and vehicle inspections.
* Filing
* Miscellaneous clerical work.
Qualifications:
* Good driving record - NO DUI's or SUSPENDED LICENSE WITHIN 5 YEARS!
* Solid Work History
* Great computer skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Excellent communications and phone skills
* Superior problem-solving skills
* The ability to multi-task
* Basic office skills (typing, filing, copying, faxing, etc)
* Must be a hard worker and a team player
* Must be looking for permanent employment
Hours: 40 per week
Compensation: $18.00 per hour benefits
